Website Packages

SocialDesign delivers a range of websites, graphic design and social marketing services to the health, community and welfare sectors. We do this because we are passionate about supporting community projects and we understand the value and impact that strong design adds.

We understand how the community sector engage and share information and we use this knowledge to create customised websites that work. We use Drupal, an open source content management system (CMS) that makes managing website content intuitive and easy to use. SocialDesign website packages are purpose built and flexible to fit the brief, scope and budget requirements of every project. Pricing ranges from $1500 for a small website through to $20,000+ for a premium website... And everything in between!

The packages listed below are an indication of website size, features and functionality. They can be used as a guide to help you identify your project requirements. However we love a challenge and we love to talk so give us a call to discuss your project's potential!

Workshops and Story Writing
A workshop is a brainstorming session, where an analyst will sit with you to determine the size, shape and colour of your project.  As part of this, we develop a list of "stories".  A story is one or more sentences that describes one piece of functionality that an end user wants to see on your site.  By doing this, we can estimate to a high degree what effort the site requires and can see at a glance how the project is tracking at any time.

Training
Training is to be provided as part of the site handover upon completion. This handover will be organised closer to the event. The training included will take approximately 1-2 hours and will cover all areas of the new website including:
  • Tour of the new website and its areas
  • How to add, modify and delete information on each page
Administrators are encouraged to bring content that they wish to upload on the new site, so that they can become familiar within the website environment whilst training. Ongoing support will be provided on an informal basis, via phone and email, as a part of the hosting and maintenance of the website.
